While the overall setup is impressive, the swimming pool water was a bit on the chilly side, which definitely took a dip out of the relaxation factor. the transport options to the center can be exorbitantly priced, with the hotel car costing five times more than a taxi. a heads-up on costs would have been appreciated. Lastly, the daily fitness classes offered were a mystery. I wasn't sure if they incurred an extra fee and had to register a day in advance.

amazing villa but staff could be more attentive
The Mandarin Pool Villa offered an exceptional oasis with a stunning pool and Jacuzzi that provided the relaxation we needed. Breakfast was delightful with a wide variety of healthy choices available, setting a perfect tone for the day. The mountain view from our villa added a touch of magic to our experience, creating a serene escape from the hustle and bustle.
Staff interaction sometimes felt lacking, as we had to wait longer for assistance than expected.

In a stunning villa surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the experience was enhanced by attentive staff, always anticipating needs. The thin, crispy fries served at the poolside restaurant were a delightful treat, elevating casual dining. the water temperature in the pool could have been warmer, and the wait times for assistance occasionally stretched longer than expected, detracting slightly from the overall flow of our stay.
